Palsjö x Bergen Denim

At Bergen Denim, we believe in making things that last. We look for honest materials, solid craftsmanship and products that get better with age. That’s what drew us to Palsjö.
Handcrafted by our friend Mano in Älmhult in southern Sweden, these belts are made with the same appreciation for quality and timeless design that runs through everything we do. They’re designed to work just as well with our jeans as they do with a pair of your well-worn favourites.
Each belt is made from 4 mm (10 oz) thick, full grain, vegetable tanned leather from Tärnsjö Garveri, one of Sweden’s most respected tanneries. The leather comes from Swedish cattle and is built to take years of wear.
The solid brass buckles come in two styles, Nils and Ebbe. The belts are available in brown and black, with a range of lengths to choose from.
Like a good pair of selvedge jeans or a well-worn pair of boots, these belts will develop their own character over time. The leather softens, the colour deepens and the patina reflects the life of the person wearing it.
No shortcuts, no throwaway products. Just good materials, skilled hands and a belt made to be worn for years. With proper care, every Palsjö belt is backed by a lifetime warranty.
