Order Processing

We normally process and dispatch orders within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. We offer free shipping when your order reaches the applicable threshold for its shipping destination:

• Norway: NOK 1,500.
• EU and Europe shipping zones, including the United Kingdom, Iceland and Liechtenstein: EUR 150.
• United States, Africa, South America and Asia (excluding India and China): USD 150.
• Canada: CAD 200.
• Australia: AUD 200.
• Oceania shipping zone: AUD 150.
• India: INR 14,500.
• China: CNY 1,000.
• New Zealand: NZD 260.
• Switzerland: CHF 140.

The available free shipping option is shown at checkout when the applicable threshold is met. Paid shipping options may also remain available.

Duties and import taxes

For our DHL shipments, DHL bills Bergen Denim, rather than the recipient, for customs duties and import taxes at all destinations we ship to.

Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
